Is this Adrien Broner's last chance?
Troubled 4-division titlist faces Blair Cobbs in Don King main event

When promoter Don King initially announced that former world titlist Adrien Broner would fight Blair “The Flair” Cobbs on his next card the art for the event posted to social media included the cheeky line at the bottom “if Broner shows up.”
Broner has earned the reputation of not being the most reliable fighter in the world. But he did show up at fight week activities and appears ready to go when they meet in the 10-round welterweight main event of King’s “Fists of Fury” on Friday (TrillerTV PPV, 6 p.m. ET) at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida.
“Everyone is telling me not to test this man; he is taboo. Don’t give this man a chance because he won’t show up,” King said this week. “Broner showed up at the press conference, so I believe this will be a tremendous fight.”
There are some numbers that stand out for both fighters. Cobbs is coming off a 22-month layoff since the best win of his career, a wide decision over former junior welterweight titlist Maurice Hooker, after which he parted with Golden Boy and eventually signed with King, mainly to facilitate the bout with Broner.
