Junior middleweight Jesus Ramos, one of the best rising talents in boxing, outclassed Joey Spencer, stopping him in the seventh round of a one-sided fight between unbeaten youngsters.
The fight was the co-feature of the David Benavidez-Caleb Plant Showtime PPV card on Saturday night at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
Ramos started fast and dominated the entire fight.
They were in close late in the first round when Ramos (20-0, 16 KOs) unleashed short left hook that caught Spencer clean on the chin to knock him down.
