The expected fights between WBC junior middleweight titlist Sebastian Fundora and former unified welterweight titleholder Keith Thurman and WBC junior lightweight titleholder O’Shaquie Foster and WBC featherweight titlist Stephen Fulton, who is moving up in weight, are official.

Premier Boxing Champions on Friday scheduled a news conference for Wednesday in Los Angeles, where the fighters are scheduled to appear to discuss the upcoming card.

Fundora-Thurman will headline the PBC on Prime Video pay-per-view card on Oct. 25 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

Also announced for the show: Jesus Ramos Jr. against Shane Mosley Jr. for the vacant WBC interim middleweight title.

Fundora, fresh off a one-sided seventh-round knockout of former titlist Tim Tszyu in their July 19 rematch on the Manny Pacquiao-Mario Barrios card, will make his third 154-pound defense.

Thurman (31-1, 23 KOs), 36, of Clearwater, Florida, ended a three-year layoff mainly due to injuries on March 12 by moving up in weight and scoring a one-sided third-round knockout of Brock Jarvis on his turf in Australia.
