Older and wiser, heavyweights Joshua, Whyte renew their rivalry
Big-fight futures are at stake in rematch of all-action 2015 bout

Heavyweight rivals Anthony Joshua and Dillian Whyte are no longer the bright-eyed undefeated prospects who squared off eight years ago in an all-out slugfest.
They’re older, richer and wiser now, though they have taken their lumps, suffered knockout losses and had their hard times.
That must add a sense of desperation for both as they get set to meet in a nontitle rematch — yet a highly intriguing fight — that matches two of the biggest names in the division on Aug.12 (DAZN worldwide, except DAZN PPV for £26.99 in the U.K. and Ireland) at The O2 in London, which Matchroom Boxing announced as a sellout only a few hours after tickets went on sale on Monday.
British countrymen Joshua (25-3, 22 KOs), 33, and Whyte (29-3, 19 KOs), 36, met head-to-head later Monday for the kickoff news conference in London and both tried to downplay what was at stake, namely their futures in A-level fights.
