I just cancelled my DAZN subscription yesterday rather than renew because I could believe Wardley versus Parker was a PPV. Now you are saying that Chisora versus Whyte will be PPV too? Eddie Hearn cannot be serious. I get the appeal for British and Irish fans who love watching various local fighters named Callum being sold as Canelo-esque, but what is the appeal for anyone else here? Chisora is fun to watch, but the guy has like fifteen losses and is 41. Whyte is straight up steaming after a dogshit career of hype and disappointment. The $229 subscription rate won’t even get me this? Two seriously DONE fighters?

Dan, If Parker took a knee he'd probably have lost a MD. He was level on one card and up two points on another.

After losing the 11th 10-8 he'd be down 2 on one judges card and the judge who had him 2 up would now have him level.

That judge who had him level after 11 would decide the fight assuming it would go to the cards after 12.

But .... after a terrible 10th and 11th for Parker I'd say that the chances of Wardley winning the 12th would be 70/30.

Yes by taking a knee he'd still be in with a chance to win after the final round but he doesn't, as you say, automatically win the fight.

He was still buzzed coming out for the 11th after a bad 10th. He'd have been even more buzzed coming out for the 12th.

It was a premature stoppage - but, in all likelhood Wardley would have got the stoppage in the remaining minute of the round.
