It’s a special edition podcast centering on the court fight between promoter CSI and Floyd Mayweather. CSI claims Mayweather is in breach of contract of his agreements to face Mike Tyson in an exhibition bout followed by an official fight/rematch with Manny Pacquiao because he signed to face retired Greek kickboxer Mike Zambidis on Saturday in Athens.

CSI filed for an emergency injunction to stop the bout and for a temporary restraining of order preventing Mayweather, who has received more than $4.5 million in advances for the Tyson and Pacquiao events but remains in desperate financial straits, from fighting anyone before he honors his contract for the two events that are already signed.

On Wednesday, the sides met in a teleconference with a federal judge for the Southern District of New York. I called in and listened to the entire hearing and also recorded it for this podcast episode. CSI divulges the date for the Tyson exhibition, an update on the location, plans for the Pacquiao fight to move into 2027 and a ton more.
