Is 18 months out of the ring enough punishment for 2 separate ped failures? IMO, no. If sanctioning orgs can shun Russian fighters they can shun Benn... and I hope they do. Don't rank him. Don't allow him to fight for any level of title.
itis all about money and influence in boxing The powers in boxing never care about what a fight fan thinks or cares about. they do what they want and pretend otherwise. Every other main stream sport pays attention to how the fans react not in boxing. You dont like it take it up with the boss............ Ha Ha..........that is why boxing dont get coverage anymore well unless you count a few small forums online......
I think money/influence is an issue in everything its not unique to boxing. This feels more to do with the fractured nature of boxing. We don't have a national commission let alone a global one. We have 4 different title organizations. We need a national commission, McCain pushed for one but it never gained traction.
There is only one logical way to get changes in boxing n that is for fans to boycott certain fights and fight cards. Stop laughing ...... i know that is a jjoke but it is the truth want to change boxing hit them where the money is get there attention. ground level on up.
Its a disgrace, especially Hearn's lies and spin, its good for his bank balance but it hurts the sport. Sadly though Hearn has a legion of fan boys who'll defend anything and everything he says and does.

How could it be otherwise from a sport that pisses off and on its fans in so many ways. And now the fighters are in on the whole deal too. They are at this point guilty of living the lie to fans and not really up to standing up to PEDS example dont fight a known doper is all why has a fighter never said and followed thru on that.? Boycott a known doper who is fighting what FAN is willing to do that ? Sounds good in a online rant but really know what cares enough to inconvience themselves or short there money.......
your a better man then me Duran-- i know a few guys maybe one who take the same stance, me personally if they ran the Benn fight on straight Tv Fox or channel # 11 or # 13 i would look in look at the main and the comain events. i am a sucker for a fist fight always have been. my morals stop when the fighting begins. I would boycott PPVs if i had a following of fans that paid attention to what i thought i still boycott them alone but would be nice if about 100'000 others did like wise ... Enjoy the Heavies this weekend It is going to be J. J. with the win this time and i know why.
i have Zhang as a decent favourite but if Joyce gets it into the later rounds he'll be the clear favourite as Joyce has good stamina, Zhang doesn't but its an intriguing fight for sure and either man can win. Hope you enjoy the fight.

O. reason being last fight Zig Zag fought beyound his abilities it was his night to win. J J fought below his skills in the ring, he never was off his feet just off his game. Tonight Tonight he will pressure and by pass ZZ and ZZ will realize he is over 40 and his tank is empty he has had his time now it is time to loose.
But this is why they fight to prove guys like me wrong and stupid.

At first I thought it was a typo, but it's every time, so some kind of auto-complete is messin' with your 'stack. I am over being outraged by doping, stupid commissions, and shameless promoters, but I will NOT stand by while records are typo'd. No way!

I wont be watching Benn and i hadn't bought into the Benn Eubank fight either before even Benn failed drug tests.
