They have zero interest in Langa fighting Saul it is just a sideway action to keep Saul's name out there and for someone to kiss the eddie ring. And langa is performing as expected. Kiss Kiss....

Bobby feed him low level's to get his record padded, once he made a move up he fell short way short as in being exposed in the ring and a bit outside as well. I hope they prove me wrong, that he one day becomes what he himself thinks himself to be. But I still look at him as being delusional. Langa says he bit a man in the ring but it looked more like he was putting suck marks on man's neck. Tyson bit a mans ear off, Langa sucked on a man's neck. Nuff said

Had his record padded with bum fighters. He's not the star he's being built up as. He will be shown up soon enough.

Shrewd move by Hearn. Berlanga isn't a top world level fighter however his Puerto Rican fans are loyal and turn out no matter who the opponent is. This suggests that Matchroom events featuring Berlanga will be profitable and that's the bottom line for most boxing promoters.

It may seem ridiculous for Berlanga to talk about fighting Canelo however the IBF 168lb rankings suggest that this isn't totally out of the question in a year to 18 months time.

Berlanga is currently rated #4 with the IBF and the other members of the IBF top 5 are no great shakes, in fact the top 10 are relatively poor, apart from Plant who is ranked #3.

If Plant loses to Benavidez then he will no doubt drop in the IBF ratings, while if Hearn matches Berlanga really carefully it's perfectly possible for Berlanga to end up in the IBF mandatory position for 168lbs in 12 - 18 months and could possibly fight Canelo.

(NB: IBF#1 is William Scull, IBF#2 is Vladimir Shishkin, IBF#5 is Aslambek Idigov)

I agree that this seems ridiculous for such a seemingly limited fighter like Berlanga, however this happens all the time in boxing, all a limited fighter needs is a loyal following (so their promoter doesn't lose money on their fights) and a promoter who knows what they're doing - Berlanga has both now.

May we all take the time to remember the one the only Raquel Welch passed away today. Such a lovely woman, many a night I thought of her. She was the beauty to which all others were compared and judged. What can i say it has to be mentioned esp on a boxing forum.. Who has never fought for a woman ? Who has never wanted to show what you are made of to have the attention of a pretty woman. A day after lovers day. You will be missed but never forgotten. Going to drive them crazy up there now aren't you ? you sure will.

What makes men go crazy over

when a woman wear her dress so tight (x2)

Well most be the same old thing that make a tom cat fight all night

With all respect you will be missed...............
