After watching Charlo's disgraceful effort against Canelo, I have much more appreciation for Spence's loosing effort against Crawford. Charlo, essentially laid down his gloves at the start of the fight, while Spence fought to the bitter end. Spence may have been outgunned by Crawford, but that didn't stop him from throwing everything he had. Spence displayed the heart of the Lion, while Charlo seemed more like the cowardly lion in the Wizard of Oz.
I wonder where Bud goes from here. Not much of a desire by anyone to see Spence rematch. The Charlo bout lost a ton of luster when he stepped into the ring and lost his WBO belt and then he laid that egg. It's too bad Bud and TR are in the dumps if Bud could still make 147 hear me out on this... Bud vs Teo.
You raise a very good question. I, too, have no interest in the Spence rematch. In my opinion, the rematch is not PPV worthy, so I would only watch it on regular Showtime Boxing. I had hoped Bud could become undisputed in a 3rd weight class, but now that the WBO has stripped Jermell of its title, I don't see Bud fighting both Jermell and the winner of the Tim Tszyu vs Brian Mendoza match in 2024, especially considering he has to honor the rematch clause with Spence. After 2024, I suspect father-time, who is undefeated, will likely pay Bud a visit. Bud's already 36 yrs old, so how much longer can he or would he want to fight?
Charlo better stay away from tszyu or he will get beaten again

Nothing like a $10,000,000+ payday to soothe the ego.
