Fresh off his 10th-round knockout of Yordenis Ugas to unify three welterweight world titles in the Showtime PPV main event this past Saturday night before a hometown crowd of 39,946 at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, Errol Spence joined me on my Fight Freaks Unite Podcast.
Errol and I discussed his dominant performance against Ugas in detail and then, of course, we drilled down deep on the prospect of his next fight being against fellow undefeated champion Terence Crawford for the undisputed title.
Errol says without question that is the only fight he wants next and he guaranteed it will be next before the end of this year. He really had a lot interesting things to say about the Ugas fight and his expectation that he will next be across the ring from Crawford. Please give it a listen.

Great interview and nice job pressing (and re-pressing : ) him on the Bud fight, Dan! Now you gotta get Bud to agree, slide a contract over and get their signatures... YOU can do it, Dan!
btw- as a pragmatist-leans-pessimist boxing fan, I do feel good about this happening finally, but if I'm to guess why it might not, it's gonna come down to Crawford asking for too much. While he's as good a fighter, he doesn't deserve more than 40% split, in my mind, and there's too much data to support this. We can only hope Bud is also a pragmatist for once!
