Takam is experienced enough to know that you have to show the referee that you're not hurt by throwing back some shots especially after being rocked during a 20-odd punch salvo from Joe - Takam gave the ref no choice but to stop it.
IMHO Joe isn't ready for any of the big 3 yet and at 35 he's unlikely to eliminate his defensive frailties however I like him, he's a genuine and humble fighter.
Would love to see Joyce vs Andy Ruiz. That would be a good fight.
