The fight to make was Valdez vs Herring but fans seldom get the fights they want to see these days - it may still happen of course but I'm not holding my breath.

Conceicao has beaten nobody and doesn't deserve a WBC title fight - he isn't even in the WBC top 15 but no doubt will be all of a sudden now that Arum wants him to fight Valdez.

Valdez's win over Berchelt should have been rewarded with a unification fight but no doubt in order to get his new Top Rank deal a certain amount of quid pro quo was expected by Arum.

Although Stevenson is entitled to fight Herring because of a WBO rule imo Herring deserved to fight Valdez because of how he beat Frampton, whereas Stevenson's fight last Saturday against the limited Nakathila didn't show Shakur worthy of the title opportunity he's been given.

Oscar Valdez is one of my favorite fighters. The knockout against Berchelt was shocking! I hope he does not fight Shacur, it’s a bad style for Oscar.

Hey Paul L. please forgive me if I have written to you before, if I've asked you the following questions before, then please disregard, and I offer my sincerest apologies for bothering you again. But if I haven't written to you before or you don't remember (clearly I don't) then I would truly appreciate your honest responses to my following questions. Thank you.

Mr. Paul L. I would truly like and appreciate to know what is your earliest memory and/or history with México, Mexicans, or with Mexican culture as far back as you can possibly remember as a child or teenager in the United States of America?

In other words how did you first learn about México or about Mexican culture growing up in the U.S?

Perhaps your very first knowledge about México or Mexican culture happened in school, or perhaps it was your parents or other family members or friends who first introduced you to anything relating to México or Mexican culture, or maybe you learned about the existence of my country from the television, or on the radio or in some other way?

The reason for asking you these strange questions is because we as Mexicans are by far the proudest people and most patriotic people for our country (NOT of our corrupt Mexican government) for our culture and for our history more so than any other nationality on Earth. Our love for México, is like a religion for us, it is that extreme.

However, at the same time we recognize and are deeply ashamed of our corrupt Mexican government which is mostly responsible for all of Mexico's economic and social problems. Which is why millions of Mexicans have immigrated to the United States for over a century. Unfortunately the Mexican government is too powerful to overthrow for now. Although the current government is doing a descent job at the moment. But all the bad things about México are for another time.

As a result of our extreme patriotism we absolutely love it when we see people from other countries and different ethnic backgrounds that have or show any personal interest in our country or in our culture. In your case with our Mexican boxer Oscar Valdez.

Seeing people from other nationalities enjoying anything relating to our culture brings us much more patriotism, honor, joy and means more to us than you can possibly imagine.

This is why I'm asking you all these strange questions.

I would truly appreciate your honest responses to all of my questions. Thank you for your time and God Bless.

Respectfully,

Benito Gonzalez Garcia.
