DAZN have kindly changed their UK subscriptions to coincide with this Matchroom announcement.

You can now pay 3 ways....

(1) Monthly: £9.99 / month - on a 12 month contract (i.e. got to pay for the full year).

(2) Annual Saver: £99 / year

(3) Flexible: £19.99 / month - cancel with 30 days notice.

It's gonna be interesting to see how much higher DAZN's subscriptions in the UK get over the next few years. I'm happy enough at the moment but that could change depending on the cost and which fights they put out over the next few years.

This Matchroom schedule has some decent enough fights, I particularly like Wood vs Lara & Rakhimov vs Cordina, and as all but two events are in the UK or Ireland we won't have to stay up until 5am on a Sunday (usually) morning to watch them.

You might be right, I did not even hear the number of fights he put on to check out I just heard announces fight schedule and started to read. Got some good possibilites and some not too interesting match ups on paper that is. But as we all know they fight in the ring not in the funny papers. The guy smith is fighting (simpleton) has not had a KO since 2018 his opponents are not too sharp either if I read it right. Yet and still when they enter the ring n the Bell rings Then the fight happens and anything can happen when two healthy boxers or punchers get in the ring. Esp if one is a boxer puncher. I will have to read it again and take notice of some of the match ups. That said we have to keep in mind it is boxing so everything is subject to change esp with the Hearn envolved in the match ups. They do this sometimes to us fight fans they announce fights and fight schedules and guys like me think maybe this is the year they get there act together and make lots of fights happen fights that lead to fights kinda thing. Maybe Matchroom got wind of the rumor that Showtime is on the decline and they can be a big dog on the screen somehow. Who knows. Showtime is a good source of Boxing and the story of there demise is a bit premature as far as I see it but still there are those that are better at predicting the future then I tend to be or pretend to be.

It’s 8 events if you read the piece. Five highlighted. The AJ event mentioned high up with a link to a separate story and the two at the bottom that had already been announced - wood and Fierro cards.

I did not read the piece in full - only scanned the pics and sublines. I prefer to read the after-match reports if I did not see them.

I noted the sublines did not include 1 April - that was a crafty jab at that event. You are no fool. big fella!

Hey Raffy what is the mater with you, you are are talking to fight fans some of which may have been hit in the head a few times thru out there lives. And now you expect us to be able to count to eight ? If it were a standing 8 count maybe we could stay focused but while reading in the morning ? Thanks for the write up man....

Big Dan, Michael Benson and the occasional youtubes are my sources on boxing.

Boxing is one of the few sports where we watch generally accepted cheating - the weights and judging - live and sweaty.
