Major mma promotions haven't gone above 155 pounds for women's mma because the talent is diluted so much. Most promotions haven't gone above 145 pounds. If I'm not mistaken this will be shields 12th fight with titles on the line and this will be the 5th with vacant titles being awarded. P4P #1 my ass.
Eimantas Stanionis (best choice by far) or maybe even Alexis Rocha would be realistic substitutes for Crowley. Boots can't just face some straight up No Hoper for his big homecoming and DAZN debut. He's done plenty of that already.
