I’ll live the rest of my life feeling deprived of the rematch that didn’t happen…Lewis vs Klitschko II. And I’m still not happy Lennox made me wait a year before saying he was retiring and there would be no 2nd fight.

Who’s in line to face the Mexican Monster next tho 🤷‍♂️

Would of prefer a benavidez fight than a third beterbiev fight but money talks and you cannot blame Bivol going for it

lots of chatter about Bivol ducking Benavidez, which is fair, but Pacheco taking McCumby over Mbilli in an eliminator is a straight up duck. It's a shame to see Pacheco not test himself against a top fighter and wait to back himself into some interim belt beating a c-level fighter. It's bullshit.

Perhaps Pacheco was offered more money to fight MCcumby. Let's not pre-judge a person's actions before we know all the facts in hand.

for starters, I'm not inclined to believe that the "facts" will ever surface, as boxers and promoters manage their narrative and don't really traffic in facts. Further, Pacheco has been fighting for WBC regional trinkets and paying sanctioning fees to earn a top ranking with them; he is the #2 contender and should fight the top guy. To act like McCumby is a top 10 (or even top 20) guy is disingenuous and not the level Pacheco should be fighting at this point in his career.

My point stands. We may never know all the facts, that's why we don't know what deals they made that may favor Pacheco so much that he turned his contemporary Mbilli. In the end I think many people may agree that money talks and BS walks. But hey, that's just my humble opinion.

Understood. And my humble opinion is that Pacheco is clearly ducking Mbilli to take an easier fight.

Now that I can accept but not agree with you since it's your opinion.

But if Pacheco ever does fight Mbilli and beats him It would be honorable to give Pacheco all his just accolades.

I actually think Pacheco probably does beat Mbilli, which makes the duck more aggravating (it's not like he's running from a monster or someone that would outclass him!). Anyway, hope that fight happens sooner rather than later!
