Cheers Dan - thanks for always gathering together so much boxing news for us - really appreciate it.
Especially good to read about fights, like Colbert vs King Tug and Rivera vs Fernandez, that UK fans can't usually see (except for bits on YouTube). I also really like the photos of the judges scorecards.
Terrible to hear about former super-bantamweight world champ Ledwaba dying of Covid-19 at only 49 - doesn't matter who you are this terrible disease can get to you - RIP Champ.
Props to King Tug for stepping in, even if it was a one-sided fight. Definitely am excited to see more of Rivera. He's not ready yet for the big names that he mentioned, but with some more experience under his belt he could be in the conversation in the future.
A fan fav and a fighter with a lot of fights in the future already thinking of a few names if he continues to act like that type fighter and of course win.
I thought is was odd that Nonito would take that fight with short time after his last fight but would have liked to have seen it, I also find that 3 reasons for leaving the fight date odd but so it goes. Showtime Boxing one thing I have always said about Showtime sticking around is that they help keep boxing in the mainstream eye. Many people can stumble into a fight on weekends and become interested in boxing by way of Showtime and prior HBO NIce KO in the co-feature much more interesting fight then the Main.
Go Joey >> Eat those dogs............... and of course break you own record and stay the Champion !
Good info Dan, thanks for including the purse structure for the entire card. I

lovely KO by Rivera, if he keeps that up he'll become a fan favourite.
