Great info. Thanks Mr. Rafael. I'm curious who you think the best boxing commentators are in your opinion. Mine are, Dan Rafael, Al Bernstein, Joe Tessitore, Barry Thompkins, Steve Albert, Bob Papa, Tim Ryan, Brian Kenny.
Apparently Jay Harris is still working at an Amazon warehouse in the UK as a PPT driver (powered pump truck) and still only gets time off for his relatively short training camps for fights.
I had hoped the lad would have been able to go pro full time after such a good performance against Martinez - but I think relative inactivity due to the pandemic hasn't allowed it.
Maybe winning the IBF eliminator against Sandoval will help him - good luck to Jay.
Great run down of the latest news - thanks Dan.
My favorite boxing writers are, Sir Dan Rafael, and Jack Fiske (RIP)
Good company, thanks!
For fighters who are commentators, they are Roy Jones, Ray Leonard, and Lennex.
Again, some very interesting cards coming up. Anxious for the Joe Smith fight. And tomorrow's junior welter on DAZN.
