IMO Martin Murray was robbed in Germany when challenging Sturm for the WBA 160lb world title and then robbed in Argentina when challenging Martinez for the WBC 160lb world title.

There was also some creative accounting involved when he lost a WBO world title challenge at 168 in Germany against Arthur Abraham.

I think Martin can count himself very unlucky to have never won a world title.

Martinez was a great fighter/champion, but he lost that night - clearly. Murray had a really good back story too, and deserved to be crowned champion on that occasion.

Meaningless bout that only suckers will pay for. Save your money for actual boxing match between 2 current elite fighters rather than this joke.

So Mayweather has gone from boxing to boxing MMA fighters to now boxing YouTubers. This clearly is a buildup to a Jake Paul fight sometime down the road. You have to repeat that to yourself to appreciate the absurdity of it all.

Many of the fights that need to be made aren’t, so this is the kinda crap we get instead.

The last exhibition Mayweather participated in was not an exhibitions all. It was Mayweather expediently slaughtering an inferior opponent. I’m sure the audience would have loved to see it go a few rounds, Mayweather carrying him for a while, making it entertaining. I don’t think Floyd Mayweather is wired for that sort of entertainment. He’s never been a man to take chances, and he’s always put the almighty dollar at the forefront of any of his boxing matches. It’s a dangerous sport and FMJ doesn’t play. I’m fervently hoping that Money Mayweather knocks the living snot out of Logan Paul and put to rest the idea that a cute social media darling can get in the ring with someone like him make a few bucks and get a little more famous without getting a serious ass kicking.

Does anyone remember when Johnny Knoxville let Butterbean clock him in a department store? It was all fun and games but at a certain point Butterbean seemed a little offended that he was part of the “joke“. Butterbean did not pull that punch and concussed Johnny Knoxville. Don’t play with boxers, and if you do, I’m recommending healthy respect.

Anyone who pays for Mayweather do not know boxing. That fight might as well be a Curling match.

Lot of info there from Dan the Man appreciate it. I still do not like to see what are really fights that should be on Show ESPN whatever as PPV then they take some fights of interest on the undercards. means nothing to those that put out the fights I get that but still a fact. I find my fight fix in those cards that I can pick up from a steaming service often the middle of the road fights can turn into a real fight. Sunny ............ will have to watch it but Sunny goes down is how I see it still could be interesting and there are a total of three posible fights breaking out on three of the cards that is what has kept me around boxing you just never know when a fight might break out. Thanks again for the write up(s) and the tip on the Fite deal. Things in the ring should pick up steady this month.

Even if the Saudi site deal doesn't come off for Joshua - Fury there were offers from Qatar, Uzbekistan, Russia, Vegas & even London.

I don't know why they didn't say that any site offers had to be binding when making a bid for the fight - it would have saved a lot of messing about.
