"perhaps forgetting that he has not faced any of the fellow young guns in the division, Gervonta Davis, Ryan Garcia and Devin Haney." ROFL. Methinks senior and junior have pondered the possibility that risking their career arc in a rematch with Loma (who will likely adjust) could cost them virtually all of the cache their (legit) win against him won them in the first place. As always, great stuff, Dan

I agree with Lopez's decision to not give Loma a rematch due to the disrespect he received in negotiations for the first fight and, what appeared to be intentional head butting Loma did in the fight. After some of the head butts, Loma looked up to see what damage the butts had done.

Teofimo..make money and Respect. YOU, the FANS and Loma NEED a Rematch.

Lopez/Loma 2... Respect.

Lopez/Loma 3 if needed..LIFETIME Respect ol' Son...it's over and the best was determined. Even if you lost doesn't matter can't take away your respect. There even after death.

Lopez never said he would give him a rematch that I know of. It Lamo's shoulder is healed and he has side to side movement Lopez is in trouble.

I'm hoping Teo is just holding out for more money or something like that.

Loma was clearly bothered by his shoulder problem in the first fight and imo deserves a rematch.

Teo would want the same if he had lost.

Teofimo prolly KO’s Loma in a rematch. Loma freaked out and crapped the bed for a reason. But I wouldn’t mind the sequel. Bad Blood always sells right?

Loma fought the first fight instead of undergoing the shoulder surgery he needed.

Surgery after the fight showed he had hemorrhagic thickened bursitis.

I don't think Teo will duck a healthy Loma - he may be making sure he gets the money he deserves.

No fighter ever comes into a fight 100%. It’s a weak sauce excuse. Postponing a fight for a real injury happens all the time. No excuses if they actually go through with it. Sorry.

No need for apologies - I know you haven't tried boxing with a damaged shoulder - otherwise you'd have a different opinion - I did years ago so I know how hard it is. Let's see how many excuses Teo & his dad can come up with not to fight Loma.
