" So Sure Shakur" might just be in for a fight when he steps in the ring. The Japanese fighters are the modern day "Mexican Fighters" of the past. The have a certain style and never give up or in attitude. So we will see a fight for sure with Shakur.

#2 - Zurdo v Rosado man I thought there was another Rosado out there in fight land. Really that is his next opponent ? Well it proves what I always said about him he is not on the level that demands so much respect as other guys in his division. Leave it at that. And do not give me all that Rosado is or was junk, you guys will be the first to complain if he gets beaten down for seven rounds so Zurdo the Zero can look good in the ring after being exposed.

# 3 - Quadman, remember Quad stereo ? Well it faded out as has Cuadras v Maias bout. I thought Quadman had left the building or at least tuned the turntable off. Everybody has got to make a living i get it, just dont tell me it is a exciting fight. Hope I am proved wrong but only if Maicais is some big secret weapon or has the fiht of his life in there.

# 4 - Harris (the one fluke fight) v Zoo could get interesting it is a fight that will both man the exposure they need but both are going in dif directions it will help Zoo who needs all the help he can get in the fact that he is trying to move too fast too soon. Not with Harris but anyhow interesting very interesting.

# 5 - The Hitcher is he a hitch hiker going to keep moving along slowly and an easy steady pace or will he take his last fight as a " I have arrived" sign. He has not arrived just surprised and impressed some folks who did not know him yet is all. He is good can become even more fan friendly as the time goes on if he learns how to develop the finisher style he possess just not unleashed yet. We will see, keep on the side of the road for a while "Hitcher" you time will come naturally not fabricated.

Thanks Raffy got my mind on the fights this morning. keep putting the word out there.

Whats the word ? Thurderbird -- What's the price 30 twice.. Ha Ha.

Zurdo-Rosado is an embarrassment and a pointless dumpster fire of a fight. Shame on all involved.

Most surprising tidbit? Main Events signed a fighter! Wasn't aware they are still promoting shows, at least not outside of ice rinks in Jersey : )

Soooooo glad Eddie Chambers is back! He was such an inspired fighter in his prime, that being 40 and a dozen years past relevance should only make him that much more exhilarating. Maybe the WBA can work him into a title fight with Fres Oquendo... oh lord.

Yea i am with you this one, this Zurdo v Rose' is not something that will prove anything to me. Could Rose' catch him with something sure but I doubt it, he has been in the booth already he knows where he stands. Did he not say he was hanging them up once already ? Anyhow this says more about Zurdo the Zero then anything so far in the ring he has done. My take prove me wrong and you still get the prize money. It is guarenteed.

The shakur Stevenson card looks to be pretty good!

You were just talking about Gabriel Rosato on your podcast?? Yes will put up a good fight and is not a palooka. A journeyman, but the best kind.

I believe Toshino gives him a good fight, I know everyone is convinced that So Sure is going to win but the guy in the other corner is hungry too, and he has experience and knows what this fight means to him. He beat Nakatani by KO he beat Ito these were not flukes Nakatani can take a punch so there is that to consider. If I am wrong so be it, but it is boxing and if you can not get excited about a fight or feel there will be something to prove and show in there what is the use in watching. Every fight shows something sometimes it shows that the favorite is not as great as they would have us believe.

Daniel has TR soured on HW Sonny Conto, seems as if he isn't boxing as often as a young fighter usually is. They have plenty of cards in which he could gain valuable experience on the undercard, or is the pace they feel is best suited for him at this stage? What gives? TY

Missing words:

"The fight will headline a Top Rank Boxing on ESPN tripleheader (10 p.m. ET) and take place [at] Prudential Center in Stevenson’s hometown of Newark, New Jersey. It will be Stevenson’s second fight in a row there.

If you are saying that old Raffy is not a speach writer you may be right. But he knows how to keep the information flowing about the fights and the match ups. And I am not the guy to blow smoke up anyone's earhole but compared to some of the folks writing about boxing he gets the Match ups correct and the time and place. accurate.

He helps sererate the true from the false the bull from the baloney. So he gets style points for that much. Interesting fights coming up for sure.

???

Have you heard of proofreaders?

I wanted to help him by pointing out typos or missing words. How was that a criticism?

I wouldn’t necessarily call it criticism. More just being a douchebag generally.

R U OK? In the head? Did Wilder whack you there? Trying to help someone fix typos is being a douchebag???

Why would any writer be embarrassed by typos? You obviously have not written a an essay - know what an essay is? - in your life.

Do you know what a textbook is? Look at the preface of one.
