MarvNation wants to make a name for themselves OK - Fine --- just hope they dont start acting like Triller did when they got a major fight and made a mess of it....with the high bid looks to be going to PPV ? Hope not not another over priced fight like we need one of those.

Hopefully the Fall line up of fights will hold along with a few more announced good fights to be added and we can get to watching fights or a regular basis and fights that matter - you know matter to fight fans as much or more then they matter to the pockets of false PPV events. Anyhow good info on bids and upcoming fights the in's the out's the what abouts of it all in the ring outta the ring...

Its not GGG's fault everyone ducked him til he was well past his best.

I'm sorry. But that whole GGG "Record Streak" is held together by Vacant Titles, Secondary Titles, Duct Tape and most importantly.. Wishful Thinking. The unyielding "Record" amount of flawed narratives that have been carefully crafted and nurtured for Media Darling GGG, is both mind boggling and unprecedented. Other than that, thanks again for another loaded notebook.

Nonsense. Made 20 defenses, tied record. You can pick apart any record. It counts.

I respect your opinions obviously. But I’m curious how many of the same folks that deny Teofimo was ever “Undisputed”. Due to situation with the WBC and it’s multiple Titles. Still are just fine including the irrelevant IBO and the “Wretched” WBA INTERIM Title for that BS “Record” streak. Quite a few it seems. I’m sorry. But not everything should just be glossed over.

Golovkin fought everyone available to him. It took a long time for him to become widely known and he did so purely on exceptional ability. Team Alvarez kept away from him until they thought he was too old. They were wrong and he was robbed of a win he thoroughly deserved. Second fight was a lot closer - I felt Golovkin had more to give. The fact Team Alvarez has waited this long to give him another fight speaks volumes. Golovkin is one of the all-time 160 greats.

I know the answer.. More excuses and finger pointing. But did you know that Golovkin is the exact same age as Kelly Pavlik? Nearly to the day. Yet somehow managed to NEVER fight Hopkins, Winky, Jermain Taylor, Pavlik, Calzaghe, Ward, Bute, Kessler, etc. Though, Chicken Hawk Golovkin had no problem fighting Jabronis, Youngsters or Blown Up Welters. Cry me a river, whilst G laughs all the way to the bank.

Come on: If you want to make a point, at least try to make a proper fist of it! Pavlik had retired by the time Golovkin got to fighting in US. Hopkins had moved up from 160 before Golovkin had even made his professional debut. When the great Calzaghe retired [not that he ever fought at 160], Golovkin had had maybe a dozen fights. Etc. Golovkin was avoided because he didn't have big backers, so didn't generate huge purses. And because he was too good: High risk, low reward. Let's leave it there :)
