There are two notable cards this weekend, the Top Rank card on Friday night headlined by Jaime Munguia’s return and Saturday’s big Riyadh Season card at London’s Wembley Stadium headlined by Anthony Joshua challenging Daniel Dubois for the IBF heavyweight title. We previewed and gave our thoughts on both shows. We also went over the news of the week and recalled two major fights on their anniversary.
Here is what’s on the show (in order):
Preview of Munguia’s return from his May loss to Canelo Alvarez to face Erik Bazinyan in a super middleweight bout and the appearance of two Top Rank prospects on the main card, heavyweight Richard Torrez Jr. and junior welterweight Emiliano Vargas.
Preview of Joshua-Dubois: What’s at stake, how it might go, what it means for the winner.
Preview of the loaded Joshua-Dubois undercard, including Tyler Denny’s European middleweight title defense versus Hamzah Sheeraz; junior lightweight titlist Anthony Cacace against Josh Warrington in a nontitle fight; middleweight Josh Kelly against late replacement Ishmael Davis; the Joshua Buatsi-Willy Hutchinson vacant WBO interim light heavyweight title bout; and lightweight Mark Chamberlain facing Josh Padley with a possible title shot at stake.

Announcement that Janibek Alimkhanuly is headed to Australia to defend the IBF middleweight title against mandatory challenger Andrei Mikhailovich on Oct. 4.
Announcement that Mario Barrios will make his first WBC welterweight title defense against Abel Ramos on the Mike Tyson-Jake Paul card on Nov. 15.
