So much in boxing can’t or won’t be controlled. This is something that can be. Make the penalties so severe, most would never think of doing it.

•Immediate #1v#2 Championship match. If more than 2 then a tourney. Rematch clause for championship.
•1 year ban
•Weekly drug testing during ban and for the first year back.
•2nd offense doubles all punishment.
